EDM07 - The seventh annual European Directory Marketplace Conference was held February 5-6 in London, England.
EDM06 - The sixth annual European Directory Marketplace Conference was held in February 2006 in Rome, Italy.
EDM05 - The fifth European Directory Marketplace Conference was held in Paris, France on February 7-8, 2005. The conference focused on the evolving directory market, the spread of directory deregulation throughout Europe as a whole and in France in particular. Participants gained better insight into strategic issues and established contacts with customers and partners. Conference participants represented 58 organizations and 20 countries.
EDM04 - The fourth European Directory Marketplace Conference was held in London, England on February 16-17, 2004. The conference focused on new developments in the Directory Assistance industry, specifically lessons to be learned from the UK experience, evolution of new products and services, and development of new markets. Conference participants represented 56 organizations and 17 countries.
EDM03 - The third European Directory Marketplace Conference was held in London, England on February 10-12, 2003. The conference focused on new market opportunities being driven by economic, technological, and regulatory changes.
EDM02 was held in Barcelona on February 4-5, 2002. Participants represented over fifty different companies and a multitude of countries from around the globe. Topics covered included a discussion of the industry and its future by a panel of CEOs, updates on the changing regulatory environment in Europe, case-studies of marketplaces within the EU, and spotlights on emerging technology including speech recognition and short-messaging services.
EDM01 was held in London on February 12-13, 2001. Participants represented over fifty different companies and fifteen countries. Topics covered included a discussion of the industry and its future by a panel of CEOs, updates on the changing regulatory environment in Europe, a comparison analysis of the U.S. and European markets, and how to be attracting consumers through marketing and services provided.
