In 2006, the People's Choice for the Global Directory Award (GDA) went to Il Numero for their "892 892.”
In 2007, the People’s Choice award went to WDN Europe for their ComNote Secure SMS Notification Service, and the Innovation award went to Apptera.
In 2008, Whitaker Associates is introducing the Innovation Showcase, an evolution from its Global Directory Award (GDA) program. The Innovation Showcase is an opportunity for a limited number of firms to showcase their innovative products and services before industry investors and other delegates at EDM08 on June 9th in London. Investors will be invited to critique the presentations, and delegates will have an opportunity for dialogue.
