EDM08 Sponsorship Opportunities
The European Directory Marketplace (EDM) conferences have succeeded in drawing delegates from 32 countries and 200 organizations, and have been the most significant directory assistance (DA) gathering in Europe.
We offer three primary ways for sponsors to gain visibility at and get the most out of EDM:
- Through overall conference sponsorship (Platinum, Gold, and Silver);
- Through enhanced conference visibility through advertisements in the program and hospitality sponsorships;
- Via exhibit space.
While advertisements, hospitality, and exhibit space can be obtained a la carte, we think the best value is available through the overall conference sponsorships described below.
Platinum Sponsor (limit 2):
- Large company logo on the cover of the Conference brochure as Platinum Sponsor;
- Recognition on Conference Web site;
- Recognition in Conference marketing materials;
- Recognition during Conference through signs or easel;
- Opportunity to provide welcoming address and closing address (5 minutes each);
- Two-page full-color ad in the conference brochure.
Plus:
- Large-size exhibit space (approximately 12 m2) in Exhibit Hall;
- Five complimentary registrations to the Conference;
- Twenty-Five Sponsor Registration Credits worth 10% off the applicable Standard Registration fee (may be used by sponsoring organization or assigned to clients or prospects);
- Credit toward a "hospitality sponsorship" (see below).
Gold Sponsor
- Company logo on cover of Conference brochure as Gold Sponsor;
- Recognition on Conference Web site;
- Recognition in Conference marketing materials;
- Recognition at Conference through signs or easel;
- Opening session recognition;
- One-page full-color ad in Conference brochure (with option to upgrade to two-pages).
Plus:
- Medium-size exhibit space (approx. 6 m2) in Exhibit Hall;
- Two complimentary registrations to the Conference;
- Two Awards Dinner Tickets; Ten Sponsor Registration Credits worth 10% off the applicable Standard Registration fee (may be used by sponsoring organization or assigned to clients or prospects);
- Opportunity to sponsor a hospitality event (see below).
Silver Sponsor
- Name cited as Silver Sponsor on cover of Conference brochure;
- Recognition on Conference Web site;
- Recognition in Conference marketing materials;
- Recognition at Conference through signs or easel.
Plus:
- One complimentary ticket to the Conference;
- One Awards Dinner ticket; Five Sponsor Registration Credits worth 10% off the applicable Standard Registration fee may be used by sponsoring organization or assigned to clients or prospects.
