    The directory markets have been undergoing dramatic change, and this session will focus on some of the most significant changes. Issues include:

    Bridging the Fixed / Mobile / IP Gap: while fixed directory volume has been under pressure, mobile and Internet directory volumes have been climbing. This session will explore ways to deliver enhanced services across various platforms.

  4. Country Developments
    The four largest EU-Member states have now either completed or are near completion of the transition to more competitive market structures and other countries are transforming their markets as well. What makes these transitions work well for everyone? How have these markets faired, and how have their experiences been different?

    1. Germany and France (1:15-2:15)  
      Germany underwent deregulation first. France is in the midst of deregulation and should make use of the experiences of others who preceded it. These sessions will explore their experience and current status.
