Klaus Harisch
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Klaus Harisch, 41, engineer with a degree in physics, is the Chairman of
the Executive Board at varetis AG since January 1, 2004. Klaus Harisch is
responsible for Finance and Controlling, Legal and Corporate Communications.
With the Internet portal GoYellow, Klaus Harisch is committed to breaking
yet another Deutsche Telekom monopoly: the Yellow Pages.
Klaus Harisch was the long-time executive board chairman of telegate AG,
which he founded together with Peter Wünsch and former Postmaster General
Dr. Christian Schwarz-Schilling in 1996. Under his guidance, telegate AG
quickly grew to employ 3,000 professionals and occupy a prominent position
in the European directory services branch. Klaus Harisch began his career as
a technical project manager for Schwarz-Schilling & Partner in 1992.

Vincenzo Lobianco
Director of Technology Service
Italian AGCOMThe AGCOM Techonology Service is charged with
conducting studies and providing technical support and advice to AGCOM in
the areas of (inter alia) Broadband Networks, Radio Access Networks, Digital
Broadcasting (DTT, DAB), Frequency Planning and Management, Conditional
Access Systems.
From February 2000 to September 2004, Mr. Lobianco worked as manager, within
the Regulatory Department, of the Telecom Network, Infrastructure and
Services Unit, where was charged with the preparation of regulatory
decisions for interconnection and access (technical and economic
conditions), numbering, directory assistance, regulatory accounting and
Universal Services.
Vincenzo Lobianco is the AGCOM representative in the EC Communication
Committee (COCOM).
Before joining AGCOM, in February 2000, Mr. Lobianco worked for the Italian
Ministry of Communication and the European Commission (as detached expert in
DGIII-Industry). He also served as national coordinator of ETSI activities
and member of ETSI Board (from 1999 to 2002). He holds a Master Degree
in Electronic Engineering from the Rome University and a Post-Lauream
Certificate in Informatic Science from the Istituto Superiore P.T., Rome.

Masoud Loghmani
CTO
BTSLogicMasoud Loghmani is the CTO of BTSLogic Corp. and its parent
company LogicTree, Corp. He sets the technical vision for BTS-DA, BTSLogic's
Multi-Modal Information Search and Delivery System. He also is working on
the next generation of integrated Natural Interaction solutions for DA,
Enhanced DA, and other contact center applications with massive vocabulary
or complex content for BTSLogic and LogicTree.
Prior to BTSLogic/LogicTree, Masoud was the Chief Software Architect at
Digital Technics Inc. where he designed the software for an Open Switching
platform used in Wire-line and Wireless communication. Masoud holds multiple
patents in telecommunications and ASR related technologies, and holds a B.S.
degree in Physics from UMCP.

A. McMaster
President and CEO
LSSiJ.A. (Jack) McMaster assumed the role of President and CEO of LSSi in
August of 2004. Mr. McMaster has extensive experience in the telecom
industry. From 1999 to 2002 Mr. McMaster was CEO of KPN Qwest, a Netherlands
based joint venture formed by KPN and Qwest to build a pan European fiber
optic based network. KPN and Qwest dissolved their joint venture in 2002.
Mr. McMaster also had a twenty year career at AT&T, holding several
significant positions. During his career at AT&T, he led several important
initiatives including the introduction of the AT&T World Connect Service in
the United Kingdom, the introduction of 1-800-Call-AT&T automated calling
platform for calling card and operator based services, and the AT&T One Rate
Calling Plan, the largest and most successful calling plan ever launched in
the U.S.
Mr. McMaster currently serves on LSSi’s Board of Directors. He is also a
member of the Board of Advisors at the Manhattan College School of Business.
Mr. McMaster holds a BS from Manhattan College, a MA from New York
University in International Politics, a MBA from the Stern School at New
York University, and a PMD from the Harvard Business School. He shares four
U.S. patents for telephony automation and speech recognition innovations
achieved in the Calling Card and Operator Services platforms at AT&T. |
