Dr.
Andreas Albath
CEO

Since January 2003, Andreas Albath, having the degree of doctor of laws, is
Chief Executive Officer of telegate AG. He was previously a Board Member of
the renowned directory enquiries service provider 11 88 0.
Born in Münster, Germany, he completed university, doctorate and trainee
programs in Berlin in 1989 and then started as a McKinsey-consultant in
Düsseldorf. After the fall of the Berlin wall he changed to Gruner+Jahr in
1991. As CFO of Berliner Verlag (Berliner Zeitung, Berliner Kurier) he was
responsible for the restructuring of the formerly biggest publishing house
in the German Democratic Republic. In 1992, he was promoted CEO of the G+J
Berliner Zeitungsdruck GmbH, which he restructured successfully as well. In
1995, he additionally became CEO of the Berliner Verlag and assumed the
entire responsibility for all newspaper activities of Gruner+Jahr in Berlin.
He founded BerlinOnline, today the most important and successful
Internet-portal of the German capital. In January 2000, Andreas Albath
secured a stake in DV-Job AG, one of the eldest online job providers in
Germany. Here, he became member of the Board. After the merger with
StepStone he took over the management of all incorporated German companies.
Albath managed the business activities of StepStone Deutschland AG from
September 2000 until May 2002 in the position of the sole member of the
Board.
Andreas Albath is member of the Supervisory Board of the Company Interactive
AG, Bochum.

Mr. Guy
Birenbaum

L'Annuaire Universel
Mr Birenbaum is the creator of a comprehensive and enhanced data base
listing almost every individual and French company. He has also developed an
innovative search engine for the DA industry.
Mr Birenbaum has launched a DA service using SMS for the requests and the
answers. Mr Birenbaum is also a DA operator on retail with his own number
and wholesale for other operators.
He won the first major lawsuits on directory issues against the French
national phone operator.

Mr.
Dario D'Aleo
Manager
Telecom ItaliaMr. D’Aleo began his career as an Official in the Guardia
di Finanza (Financial Police), which he left to begin work at Telecom Italia
where he became Manager in 1996.
He has had various responsibilities including: performance of work
analysis for the Human Resources Unit; responsibility for regulation and
contracts for the Commercial Business Unit, also coordinating application of
privacy regulations for the whole STETT Group; and responsibility for
management of the the company’s relationship with Consumer Associations,
including procedures for consumer complaints, dispute resolution, and issues
related to non-profit organizations.
In November 2005 Mr. D’Aleo became responsible for special support for
regulatory affairs for both fixed line and mobile telecommunications,
managing the organization’s application of quality of service regulations.
He frequently acts as an official Telecom Italia spokesperson, participating
in television and radio interviews and at conventions in Italy and
throughout the world.
Mr. D’Aleo has a Law degree from the University of Palermo, graduating
with honors in 1983.

Mr. Mike
Durance
Chief Executive Officer
Call GenieMr. Durance is responsible for the leadership and strategic
direction of Call Genie as well as all operational activities. Mr. Durance
brings to Call Genie proven strategic vision and over 20 years of experience
in the telecommunications and software industries. Prior to joining Call
Genie, Mr. Durance was vice president and general manager of Toshiba Digital
Solutions Division (DSD), a division of Toshiba America Information Systems.
As the leader and visionary of a number of business units, Mr. Durance was
charged with bringing together the core strengths of Toshiba’s
telecommunications, imaging, hotspots, PDA and laptop products in bundled
mobility solutions. Beyond Toshiba, his career includes a number of senior
executive and general management positions including corporate vice
president of Integrated Solutions Group for ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a
data transmission products company based in Minnetonka, Minn.; senior vice
president of Global Consulting Services, Managing director of Asia Pacific,
and vice president of Product Management and Deployment for Saville Systems,
a telecommunications software company based in Edmonton, Alberta; and over
nine years in senior management and International positions at Nortel
Networks Corporation of Brampton, Ontario. Mr. Durance has an Honours
Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management together with
advanced study Certificates in telecommunications and various business
disciplines.

Ludwig Finkenzeller
Product Line Manager, Mobile solutions
varetis solutions GmbH
Ludwig Finkenzeller is responsible for value added Mobile solutions at
varetis solutions GmbH in Munich, Germany. Mr. Finkenzeller has been active
in the telco industry since 1989. He was responsible in developing and
launching varetis’ international directory assistance solutions, as well as
the directory listing database system that is currently in use at major
telcos around the world. During his tenure with varetis, Mr. Finkenzeller
carried out production planning and automation projects with Phillip Morris
as well as DA Call Traffic Simulation models with IBM. Mr. Finkenzeller
holds a Degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University in
Munich.

Alex Gaschard
Founder & CEO
European Directory Assistance
Alex Gaschard is a Frenchman who proclaims his "European" credentials: in
1990, Alex founded and managed Logocap in Paris, a company later diversified
into services in the mobile communications area. From 1997 to 2000 he held
management posts with various divisions of Philips: he was Sales & Marketing
Manager with Philips DVD Systems in Germany & the Netherlands, before moving
to Austria as Strategic Product Manager with Philips Audio. He later joined
electronic yellow-pages publisher Infobel where he was responsible for
Business Development and the acquisition of directory-data (mainly through
lawsuits against reluctant incumbent telecom operators).
In 2003, he founded European Directory Assistance, Belgium’s first
alternative DA provider through the “golden numbers” 12-12 and 13-13; EDA is
also about to launch its own branded DA service in France, through the
shortcode 118-800.
A native French-speaker, Alex also speaks English, Dutch and German and
holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.

Patrick Geiger
Legal Division
Austrian RTR
Mr. Patrick Geiger is a member of the legal division at Rundfunk und Telekom
Regulierungs-GmbH – RTR, which he joined after completing his post-graduate
master degree in it-law in the end of 2003. He is working on universal
service, directory services and general authorizations. He has graduated in
law in 1996 at the University of Vienna and had been working for an advocate
before he decided to specialise in it-law.
RTR, as operational arm of the Telekom-Control Commission, has drafted
several regulatory decisions on the transfer of subscriber data from
telecommunications services providers to directory enquiry services,
including pricing regulation.

Mr. Jean
Gondé
Deputy CEO
Le Numéro FranceAs Deputy CEO since 2004, Mr. Gondé is in charge of
Business Development, Product and Operations. He is, with Bruno Massiet du
Biest, CEO of Le Numéro, at the origin of the DA French market opening,
enforcing French regulatory body (ARCEP) to implement the 12 removal after 2
years long litigations.
Beginning in 2001, he joined Vivendi Universal as COO of Scoot France to
launch enhanced DA services on phone, internet and mobile devices, and
worked in order to get market entries conditions against France Telecom
monopoly.
Before becoming involved in the DA market, Jean Gondé developed his career
in business consulting and reengineering for various IT and Telecom
industries as managing director.
Jean Gondé is a graduate of l'Ecole Polytechnique, post-graduate in Space
engineering, and he earned an Executive MBA from HEC Business School.

Simon Grice

MidentityFounder and CEO of Midentity (www.midentity.com) and chairman of
social software and services company etribes (www.etribes.com), Simon
started his career in 1991 at CERN in Geneva with members of the team who
built the first web servers and browsers. Since then he has
founded/co-founded a number of successful businesses including PersonalMail
(Europe's first web-based emailed company), Netpoll, etribes and more
recently Midentity. Simon is an advisor to a number of Internet-based
businesses and sits on the executive committee of the Personal Digital
