Steven G. Chambers
Senior Vice President & General Manager, Network Speech Business
ScanSoftSteve oversees the global initiatives for server-based speech
technologies and applications. Chambers recently served as SpeechWorks'
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Chief Marketing Officer.
Previously, he held Chief Marketing Officer roles at Arbortext, Inc., an
XML-based information solutions company; VDOnet, a company specializing in
streaming media over the Internet; and PictureTel Corporation, a visual
communications company. Prior to PictureTel, he was a consultant for a
division of McKinsey Corporation. Chambers holds a BA from Wesleyan
University, and an MBA and Masters in Communications and Science degree from
Boston University. |

Interchange Corporation
Heath has served with Interchange since March 1999. Under his leadership,
the company has developed its ePilot Search Distribution Network,
www.epilot.com , into one of the top ten
paid search engines in the U.S. ePilot currently has over 130 distribution
partners, 100,000 network advertisers and processes nearly 1 billion
searches each month.
From 1998 to 1999 Heat was VP eCommerce for LanguageForce, Inc., a language
translation software company. Prior to this he was Marketing Manager for
Starnet, a Canadian Internet company. From 1995 to 1998 he was Special
Projects Director for the Berg Group of Companies (Australia), and from 1988
to 1995 he was founder and CEO of Australian Fibre Packaging. |

Mr. Matthias Collot
Head, Audit and Economic Studies Unit
French ARTMatthias Collot (29) is the head of the
audit and economic studies unit of ART (Autorité de régulation des
télécommunications). He joins ART in July 2000 as an expert on
interconnection tariffs in the economic and competition service and has
acquired a complete experience concerning all the wholesale markets (mobile,
Internet, leased lines and voice services). Since January 2003, he is in
charge of the audit and economic studies unit and his team covers besides
interconnection other subjects as universal service, unbundling of the local
loop tariffs, audit and accounting issues.
Before joining ART, Matthias Collot had several
experiences during his studies, in telecommunications with a 4-month R&D
experience in Bell-Labs, Lucent Technologies in the USA, in industry with a
one-year experience in a subsidiary of SAGEM dedicated to high technology
optics and in banking with a one-year experience in the acquisition
financing of Credit Lyonnais in Germany.
He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and the
Ecole des Mines de Paris, two french engineering school. |

Ms. Antonia Crawford
Director
i-CDAntonia Crawford is a director of i-CD
Publishing UK Ltd. Antonia spent the early part of her career as a public
relations executive before she moved into the arena of political lobbying,
working for a specialist lobby magazine, Parliamentary Brief. She was
focused on promoting political causes to parliamentarians on behalf of
organisations and special interest groups.
In 1997 i-CD Publishing was founded and since then Antonia has been involved
in all aspects of the company's business with particular focus on promoting
pioneering services, public relations and marketing.
Antonia played a major role in lobbying OFTEL to de-regulate the directory
enquiries market, which resulted in i-CD being awarded the first OSIS
licence. Antonia has also worked closely with the Information Commission and
with other governmental authorities to ensure that 192.com operates within
the regulatory framework. |

starting at Eniro 118118, Katharina worked at Telia InfoMedia Partner as
IT-Project manager and Administrative IT manager at Aftonbaldet. |

Mr. Paul J. Elliott
Chief Executive of BT Directories
BT RetailPaul Elliott is Chief Executive of BT
Directories, the BT division responsible for directory enquiries, printed
and on-line directories, operator services and emergency services call
handling. BT Directories employs over 4,000 people throughout the UK and has
been a leader in its field for over 100 years.
Paul joined BT two years ago, having spent most of his previous career in
the banking and financial services industry with HSBC Group, where he held
senior management positions in sales, customer services and operations.
Immediately prior to joining BT, Paul ran the operations for First Direct,
HSBC's direct banking subsidiary and one of the UK's foremost customer
service businesses.
A graduate of the University of Sheffield, Paul is 38 years old and married
with two young children. |

Mr. Daniel E. Gallagher

Soleo Communications
Daniel E. Gallagher is the CEO, President and co-founder of Soleo
Communications, Inc., a systems integration company specializing in network
and automation solutions for operator service providers. Before founding
Soleo, he was Senior Vice President at TARGUS Information Corporation,
serving in marketing, sales, business development and technical management
capacities. He also founded Telephony Computer Systems, which provided
intelligent network systems to telephone companies. Before these
entrepreneurial activities, he served in a number of management capacities
with Nortel and CCI. He has a strong background in voice processing and
automation, call processing, billing systems and intelligent network
databases. Mr. Gallagher holds an MBA from the U of R Simon School and a
B.S/B.A. from St. John Fisher College. |

Mr. Alexandre
Gaschard
Head of Online Business & Webvertising
KapitolAlex Gaschard is a Frenchman who proclaims
his "European" credentials. He may well do so. He followed his first degree
in international management from the International Management Institute in
Paris with an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in the
Netherlands.
In 1990, Mr Gaschard founded and managed Logocap in Paris, a small company
which first specialised in corporate gifts and promotional items, but later
diversified into services in the mobile communications area. From 1997 to
2000 he held management posts with various divisions of Philips: he was
Marketing Manager with Philips DVD Systems in Eindhoven, the Netherlands,
before moving to Vienna, Austria as Strategic Product Manager with Philips
Business Group Audio. He joined Infobel (Kapitol SA) in 2001 where he was
responsible for Business Development & Online Activities. Since October
2003, Alexandre has been working as an independent consultant in the field
of electronic directories and DA/DQ. |
