Mr. Charlie M. Anderson

Charlie Anderson is responsible for strategy and business development for
the world’s premier provider of directory assistance and enhanced
information services to leading communications companies, businesses and
consumers. Anderson has directed the company’s marketing, new product
development, product management, and sales efforts. Respected throughout the
industry for his insight and business acumen, Anderson has 14 years of
telecommunications experience. Starting in the Financial Management
Development Program at AT&T, he progressed through consumer segment
marketing, brand strategy and development, pricing, and offer development
and implementation. While at competitive local exchange carrier Teleport
Communications Group (TCG), he helped manage the general business segment to
generate increased growth for the firm. After AT&T purchased TCG, Anderson
assumed revenue responsibility for the AT&T’s entire consumer portfolio of
in-state services, a $3.2 billion (U.S.) revenue stream. He joined
INFONXX in July 2000. |

Mr. Thomas Arthur
General Manager for Products
SensisThomas Arthur is the
General Manager for Products at Sensis. Sensis is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Telstra, the principal telecommunications carrier in Australia. Sensis
provides Yellow and White pages directories, Location and Navigation
services and is the largest online advertising company in Australia. Sensis
has also recently taken responsibility for delivering directory assistance
and directory enquiry services in Australia on behalf of Telstra.
Thomas has over 20 years
experience in the Telecommunications sector holding a range of marketing,
strategy and business development and operational roles. He has represented
Telstra in China as President of Telstra China and has worked in Sensis for
the past 3 years.
Thomas has qualifications in
economics and law from the Australian National University and is married
with two children. |

Mr. Martin Ashfield

Martin has extensive experience in
the contact centre arena. He has invaluable knowledge and experience in all
aspects of organisation and call centre performance management, balanced
score cards, six sigma and created the Performance House model for
improvement Total Interface Management. Assisting the creation of voice over
IP contact centres from conception to completion along with designing and
implementing workable service level agreements, make his insights
invaluable.
He acts as an Associate Lecturer for
the University Of Central Lancashire following his creation of the
Performance Management & Benchmarking module for the UCLAN Post Graduate
Certificate in Contact Centre Management. When acting as the CCA's Regional
Associate for South East England, and Scotland, he created and delivered the
workshop for the CCA's Standards for Best Practice framework in call
centres, which is currently being delivered to more than 500 call & contact
centres across the UK.
Martin and his research team are
heavily involved in the recently de-regulated directory enquiries sector.
Working with the Association for the EIDQ, UK Government and many of the 118
providers, Martin stands as an independent voice providing experience-based
insight to the global telecoms providers.

Mr. Jon-Are Bækkelie
Online ServicesJon-Are
Bækkelie has broad experience in directory services. He has held several
positions for Telenor Teleservice including IT-director, Director of
International Operations, and VP Strategy and Business Development. He
started and was managing director of info.portal GmbH, the directory
assistance joint venture of Telenor and 02 in Germany. He has been working
in the EIDQ for many years, and chaired the organisation from 1997-2000.
Jon-Are
Bækkelie has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the
University of Oslo. He is currently active as a member of the board of
Online Services AS, a Norwegian software company with dedicated solutions
for the directory services marketplace. |

Ms. Bettina Bauer

Ms. Bettina
Bauer is a member of the economics division at Rundfunk und Telekom
Regulierungs-GmbH - RTR (formerly known as Telekom Control GmbH - TKC),
which she joined in the beginning of 2000. She is working on universal
service, directory services and leased lines. She graduated in Economics in
1997 and in Political Science in 1998 at the University of Vienna after
which she joined a scientific industrial research institute advising local
governmental organizations and Ministries on certain aspects of industrial
economics. Recently she finished her doctoral studies in Economics at the
Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. |

Mr. Frans van Belle

is Managing Director of Voice Data Bridge, a company active in the hosting
of IVR, Text to Speech and Natural Speech Recognition for Directory
Assistant Services in mobile and terrestrial networks. Previously, Mr. van
Belle was CEO of Passcall Advanced Technology, a high tech company on mobile
internet portals in Haifa (Israel) and Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
Following the slowdown in mobile internet development in the mobile carrier
market he led its reorganization and transition to management by the local
management team in Israel.
Mr. van Belle has also been Vice President, WorldCom International, in its
European Wholesale Business Unit, where he was responsible for international
wholesale activities of over $1.1 billion of revenue for customer segments
such as large ISP's, carriers, mobile carriers, and aggregators.
Mr. van Belle has an MBA from the Technical University of Delft, The
Netherlands, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Dutch Law at the University
of Utrecht, The Netherlands. |

Gerson Brisola has managed a myriad of development projects in the
telecommunications operations arena. These include projects in the area of
Operator Services and Intelligent Networks, as well as other projects for
computer networks and Systems Management products.
During his international career with IBM, Gerson has led world-wide
development teams, bringing 17 years of experience in advanced product
development projects utilizing ISO 9001 certified quality management
systems. |

Ms. Fabienne Brison
Of Counsel, Project Manager
NautadutilhFabienne Brison teaches courses on
intellectual property and the legal aspects of mass media and information
technology at the University of Brussels (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, VUB),
as well as a course on neighbouring rights (or rights related to copyright)
at the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel (KUB). She has in-depth
knowledge in these fields as well as extensive practical experience
Fabienne appears on
CEPINA's list of approved arbiters for domain-name disputes. For many
years, she has sat on the editorial board of the law review Auteurs &
Media and has also been a board member of the Belgian ALAI division, of
which she is currently vice president. She is also a member of various
international legal associations. Fabienne is the author of many
articles (and a book) on IP-related issues and is a regular speaker at
national and international events.
Fabienne graduated
from VUB in 1987. In 1988, she received a DEA in Propriété
littéraire, artistique et industrielle from the University of Paris II;
in 1998, she completed her doctorate in law at VUB. Fabienne was
called to the Brussels Bar in 1988. From 1988 until 1995, she was a
researcher at VUB. She spent 1993 as a visiting scholar at the Max
Planck Institüt für ausländisches und internationales Patent-, Urheber- und
Wettbewerbsrecht in Munich. From 1996 to 1999, she was the assistant to the
managing director of SABAM, a Belgian society for the collective management
of copyright. She joined NautaDutilh as of counsel in 2000. |

Graham is a regular commentator on the wireless industry. Interviews &
articles and publications include TV (CNBC), press (Guardian, Evening

press. Publications include contributing editorial for Wrox Professional WAP
series. He has also authored the "mobileYouth 2003", "winning and losing in
mobile content" and "making mobile services pay reports" from W2F. |

Mr. Christoph Brüntrup

varetis AGChristoph Brüntrup heads the Business
Development Department at varetis AG ever since he joined the company in
2000. He has completed his studies of Business Administration in Munich and
Strasbourg with a degree of the University of Munich.
Prior to working for varetis, Mr. Brüntrup has worked as a Management
Consultant for Booz | Allen | Hamilton. He has supported various
international corporations with a focus on Marketing and Strategy projects
for Telecommunication and High-Tech companies.
Within varetis Mr. Brüntrup focuses on the development of new business ideas
and innovative partnerships. He has lead various business development
projects including projects for Location Based Services and other innovative
mobile services. A focus of his work is to develop additional revenue
opportunities based on telephone directories. Within his capacity as head of
business development he oversees the innovation management of varetis. Mr.
Brüntrup had several appearances in industry conferences and publications. |
