The third European Directory Marketplace (EDM) conference was held in London, England on February 10 -12, 2003. The conference focused on the array of new market opportunities and profitable business ventures – both private and collaborative – being driven by increased international commerce, dramatically improved technological capabilities, universal Internet access to directory information databases, and the rapidly changing regulatory environment.
