2002 European Directory Marketplace Conference

The second European Directory Marketplace (EDM) conference was held in Barcelona, Spain, on 4-5 February, 2002. The conference focused on the array of new market opportunities and profitable business ventures–both private and collaborative–being driven by increased international commerce, dramatically improved technological capabilities, universal Internet access to directory information databases, and the rapidly changing regulatory environment.
